The applicant previously appeared in front of the Zoning Board of Appeals for an in ground pool. He has now submitted a new application for an irregular shape, 14’ x 50’ in ground pool. The pool does not meet the required setback to the dwelling. The required minimum setback to the dwelling is 20’ and the application indicates the pool to be 3’ to the dwelling.
A variance from Section 470-29.A.(12)(a) entitled “Swimming Pools” setback to property lines and dwelling.
