The applicant is seeking to install a 15’ x 32’ in ground rear/side yard pool with a 4’ glass enclosure/fence along the rear and side of the pool. Village Code allows only for rear yard pools. The pool equipment will be located in the rear yard. A portion of the pool is in the west side yard. 7’6” to the rear property lines, 12.6” is proposed, 20’ is required. 9’8” to the west side property line, 10’4” is proposed, 20’ is required. 15’6” to the dwelling, 4’6” is proposed, 20’ is required.
A variance from Section 470-29.A.(12)(a) entitled “Swimming Pools” setback to property lines and dwelling.
